What to Expect

Pickup Policy

• Pickup is scheduled within 1–2 business days of your call or text.
• Bags must be accessible — we do not enter locked areas without prior arrangement.
• You do not need to be home for pickup as long as bags are reachable.
• Haul-away fee of $20 per filled bag applies at time of pickup.
• We do not accept hazardous materials, paint, chemicals, or tires.
